Terms & Condition

Purchasing a Villa
The first step is to select a land plot and its Villa type.
Once a plot as been selected you will be requested to sign
a Reservation Agreement. This documents defines the relationship you will have with the developer and landowner.
You will be provided with all relevant documentation for review.

Land Payment Installments :
A deposit of 2 % of the price of is required. This deposit is non-refundable should you decide that you will not proceed with the Agreement.
Signing the contact Agreement for a further 18 % of the price within 15 days of paying the deposit.

Construction Payment Installments :
Approximately construction period for the villa is 8-9 months. Payment is made to coincide with completion of various phases as indicated below.
  1. installment of 20 % when Ground floor beam work has been completed.
  2. installment of 20 % when Upper floor beam work, Column work, Roof beam have been completed.
  3. installment of 20 % when roof truss and purlin, roof tile work, wall finishing, doors frame, windows frame installation have been completed.
  4. installment of 20 % when ceiling work, electrical, plumbing and drainage, floor finishing and painting work have been completed. System testing, final clean up and landscape work have been completed. Handover Title Deed Transfer at Land Office.
